Stop posting captions you can’t read
When your clip plays in-app, the platform stacks its own interface on top — profile, like and share buttons on the right, the username and audio strip along the bottom. Anything important underneath disappears. This safe zone previewer overlays those regions so you can catch the problem before you post.
Three zones to respect
- Right column — action buttons live here; keep text well clear of the right edge.
- Bottom third — username, caption and audio cover it; put subtitles higher.
- Top bar — tabs and search sit at the very top.
Design inside the dashed box
The dashed rectangle is your reliable safe area. If your captions, logo and call-to-action all sit inside it, they’ll be visible on every major short-form platform.
